FRENCH LINGERIE TOOK NEW YORK

In an unprecedented gathering of French style and sophistication that can truly be labeled a historic event in New York City’s fashion history, 14 leading French Lingerie brands banded together for an extraordinary three-day pop-up event in an exclusive and private New York City loft on Bleecker Street in the West Village.The loft which ran from, Nov. 2, 3 and 4, provided New York’s smart-dressed women the chance to view and try out a wide range of the most exquisite Lingerie that France has to offer.

Brands featured included some of CURVE’s favorites. Brands displayed at this amazing pop-up event included:

ANTIGEL 

Part of the Lise Charmel group, and unique for its appeal to women of all ages, Antigel’s fun prints and lace patterns follow trend codes and offer bras up to H cup. LOU

LOUISA BRACQ

Lingerie Française’s residence in a West Village loft, had its own French inspiration around the Parisian female spirit – active, loving and joyful. Ten lingerie sets per brand were exposed in an aesthetic manner. The loft transformed into a huge showroom to highlight the collections of leading French Lingerie brands. According to La Fédération de la Maille, de la Lingerie & du Balnéaire, France’s lingerie market was valued at 3.9 billion euros in 2016, growing 7.8% since 2013. French lingerie exports in 2017 were 371.5 billion euros. Total exports to the U.S. were 26.3 billion euros.
